High Friction Surfacing at Lakeside Shopping Centre, Essex
Scope of Works
- Surface Preparation: Our operatives carried out thorough surface preparation to ensure optimal adhesion of the Safetrack system. This included masking of edges to keep the finish neat and functional.
- Application: We applied over 900m² of Safetrack HFS, a specialist resin-based surfacing designed to enhance skid resistance and improve safety for both pedestrians and vehicles. This solution not only increases safety but also adds a clean, modern aesthetic to public spaces.
- Working Conditions: Our team operated under challenging conditions, including high ambient temperatures, but remained focused and efficient. Their professionalism and dedication ensured the project was delivered to a high standard and on time.
